Shipping policy
Order Processing & Confirmation
Alfresco Elegance offers shipping to almost all postcodes in Australia (excluding certain locations listed in our Undeliverable Postcodes). As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, and we will authorize your payment card.

Handling Time: Items are dispatched from our Melbourne and/or Brisbane distribution centres within 1 business day after full payment is received. If an item is on backorder, we will notify you within 5 business days.

Total Delivery Time: Typically between 4 to 15 business days (1-5 days processing + 3-10 days transit).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items. Free shipping may apply to certain promotions—check the product pages for details.
Delivery Estimates

VIC: 3 to 5 business days

NSW, SA, ACT: 4 to 8 business days

QLD, NT, WA, TAS: 7 to 10 business days
Note: Delivery time frames are estimates and begin after payment is cleared.
Shipping Providers
We work with reputable couriers depending on the item's weight:

Australia Post (eParcel): For items $\le$ 22kg (PO Boxes accepted).

Fastway (Aramex): For lighter items $\le$ 22kg. Requires a non-PO Box address.

Allied Express: For bulky items > 22kg. Allied Express will contact you prior to delivery.

Toll: For items $\le$ 30kg. Requires a non-PO Box address.
Damages & In-Transit Issues

Damages: Please inspect the packaging of your items upon arrival. If they arrive damaged, make a note of it when signing for delivery, take photos, and send them to support@alfrescoelegance.au within 48 hours so we can process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Inaccurate Address / Missed Delivery: If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an inaccurate address or no one being home to accept the delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Order Cancellations & Returns
Cancellations made within the first 48 hours are free of charge. Cancellations made after 48 hours are subject to a $30 administration fee. If the order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for actual return shipping charges and a 30% restocking fee. (For more details, see our Refund Policy).
Undeliverable Postcodes
Afresco Elegance regrets that due to the limited access of our carriers, there are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to. Please refer to the list below for more details.
We try our best to include all the undeliverable postcodes on the list, however, there are still a few postcodes that are undeliverable for some SKUs. Orders with no shipment service will be cancelled and refunded automatically.
Please kindly contact our customer service for more information if you need the item to be delivered to a remote area to ensure your order could be processed successfully.
