Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Order Cancellations

Cancellations within 48 hours: Cancellations made within the first 48 hours of placing your order are free of charge.

Cancellations after 48 hours: Any cancellation requested after 48 hours is subject to a $30 administration fee, whether or not the order has been dispatched.

Cancellations after dispatch: If the order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for the actual return shipping charges in addition to a 30% restocking fee.

Refund method: Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card or payment method used when placing your order.
2. Returns Overview

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at support@alfrescoelegance.au within 72 hours of delivery.

We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no cost to you, as per your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
4. How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@alfrescoelegance.au to request a return.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom or special-order products and gift cards.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns

Change of mind or general returns: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or faulty items: Alfresco Elegance will pay for the return shipping costs for defective or damaged products.
7. Refund Process

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Note: A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused or mistakenly installed. You are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturer.
